Terms of Service - Brig Radio

By using the Brig Radio platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptable Use

Users must use Brig Radio solely for official campus communication, academic updates, and professional engagement. Prohibited activities include:

Posting or broadcasting misinformation or rumors.
Using offensive or inappropriate language in suggestion submissions.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to administrative features.
Harassment or bullying of other students through platform channels.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities occurring under your account are your responsibility.

3. Content Ownership

Official communication and radio broadcasts are the property of the BRIG Group of Technical Institutions. Student-submitted suggestions remain the intellectual property of the student but grant the institution a license to implement and display them for campus improvement.

4. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may occasionally cause temporary downtime.

5. Termination

The administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found in violation of these terms or campus conduct policies.

6. Liability

BRIG is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
